Psychological Services

We understand that mental health is unique to each individual and that we can all develop psychological difficulties at various points in our lives. We are here to provide support, and to ensure you receive a high standard of targeted, research-based and personalised therapeutic options to work through your difficulties and to live a fuller and more meaningful life.

People choose to seek therapeutic support for many reasons, and at various points of time in their lives. It takes true courage and strength to reach out for support. A Clinical Psychologist has extensive, in-depth training in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of mental health conditions, and in the delivery of a range of research-based therapies aimed at treating mental health concerns. Research-based therapy approaches are available for many problems that people experience. We provide a range of psychological services to individuals across the lifespan and for mental health conditions that range from mild to complex.

Clinical Psychologists have obtained postgraduate university qualifications in Clinical Psychology and have studied at University for six to eight years or more. We are registered with both the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS). This means that we must follow a strict Code of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines, as well as engage in ongoing professional development.

In addition to professional practice, Dr Eleanor has experience in research, training and supervision, program development and evaluation, and other activities that promote psychological health in individuals, families, and organisations.
